>= 90%
NOx reduction
Reducing NOx emissions at stationary applications
The system can reduce NOx emissions by min. 90% and CO and non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) emissions by min. 95%.
Next-Generation Emission Control
We develop advanced emission control systems to accelerate environmental sustainability.
The Challenge & Our Answer
Strict environmental regulations generate significant pressure on natural gas or biogas-fuelled stationary power generation plants to reduce NOx emissions.
DENOx represents a disruptive alternative for the traditionally used Selective Catalytic Reduction systems using urea (AdBlue), associated with high operating expenditures, installation complexity, and maintenance problems.
DeNOx is a non-urea, hydrogen-based NOx reduction technology, with AI-driven control mechanisms. Our system enables efficient emission reduction without external reagents.
Technological Innovation
Our patented DeNOx solution is the first system to radically rethink control opportunities using AI and IoT, applying a Lean NOx Trap for stationary applications.
The system integrates a dual-stage architecture combining an adsorber, an on-board reformer, and an AI-driven control system using advanced pre- and post-NOx sensors. DENOx eliminates urea logistics, reduces catalyst poisoning risk, and lowers operating costs.

Why Choose DENOx?
>= 90%
NOx reduction
The system can reduce NOx emissions by min. 90% and CO and non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) emissions by min. 95%.
€80k
savings / 10yr
Operational costs reduced through elimination of AdBlue consumption and lower maintenance. Reference: 1 MW plant, 5000 h/year, 10 years.
Zero
urea components
No urea tank, dosing, or injection system. Higher reliability, no freezing risk, retrofit-compatible with existing installations.
6 t
CO2 avoided/yr
Eliminating AdBlue requirements leads to substantial reduction in lifecycle carbon footprint by avoiding urea value chain emissions.
About Us
Our Mission
DeNOx Technologies GmbH is a German start-up company. Our mission is to develop and commercialize next-generation emission control technologies to support operators of biogas-based CHPs and other stationary applications to reduce their NOx emissions in a cost-efficient way.
